In 1989, Ken Reid, President & CEO at OnServe, graduated from Ryerson University in Toronto, ON with a Bachelor of Commerce and joined the original company, known as Micro Market, which was founded by his brother Shawn Reid. He worked alongside his brother to grow his business leadership and management skills until 2006, when he established OnServe to help businesses grow and succeed through IT.
Ken’s skills as a business manager combined with the technical skills of the other founders bring better management, planning, and growth strategies to clients. He believes he truly understands the needs of small to mid-size businesses and strives to offer the highest quality of affordable IT services and support.
As a business owner, he’s passionate about small business and entrepreneurial success. Above all, he enjoys watching local small businesses make progress in their endeavor to find success.
When he’s not at work or dedicating his time to giving back to the community, he can be found sailing, alpine skiing, spending time with his family, and trying new things in the kitchen.
